It's a simple fact: Misery loves company. So the simple fix: Find a friend.
Beg, borrow, or deal and sweat it out with a fun fitness gal pal, and you will find that you will get so much more joy... yes, JOY... out of your workout! I've seen it happen a million times (slight exaggeration but you feel me). You can laugh, you can motivate, and you can workout without even realizing you're working out. (Hello? That's amazing!)
Quick tale if I may: I used to do a small group fitness class with 4 women who were all friends, and it was one of my favorite classes to coach. What never failed was that no matter who walked in with a bad morning, a bad moment, or a bad night (or week) before, when we were done, we were all sweaty, exhausted, energized... and laughing! It was one of the best bonding experiences I've ever had with a group of women. I was extremely fortunate to have had that experience, and I think more of us, living in this crazy hectic day and age, need more experiences like that. (Hint, hint! Go call your friends right now!)
So here's the plan. I'm going to give you the workout, (I'm taking all the thinking out of this!) and you're going to go out and find a friend to do these exercises with this week! Deal? Awesome!

18 reps 2nd round

That's it! So easy, so fun, and so worth it!
